#1 How Can I Have My Item Custom Printed?

We can custom print ANY item with your logo, artwork and/or text. If you're planning to print in one color ink and in one location on your item (like the bag shown on the left), the only additional cost is a $50 setup charge in most cases*.
For multiple color imprints, each additional color after the first adds a $50* setup, plus a running charge, which is usually $.35 - $.55/item. This is because the item takes longer to print with multiple colors.

#2 Do I Pay for Setup on a Reorder?

If you are reordering the same item and want to reuse your art, we will discount the setup charges by 50%. Just be sure to let us know in the "Notes/Special Instructions" box that this is a reorder. We'll credit you 50% against the setup charges once your order is shipped. Also, there will be no need to send us your art because we keep this on file for up to 2 years.

#3 I have my own artwork. How do I send this to you?

Submitting art is easy! After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided on the order. Simply click "reply" to this email and attach your art. Our designers will review it and contact you with any questions. For orders placed with Standard Processing, you will receive a proof, usually within 24-48 hours, for approval before we print your items.

For orders placed with 24 or 48 Hour Processing, you must waive formal proof approval in order to allow us enough time to meet the short turnaround. However, if our designers have any questions or concerns about your art, we will always contact you before we print.

#4 When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed using Standard Processing normally ship 10-14 business days from proof approval. Please be sure to enter the date by which you need your delivery on the order form so that we can work with you as much as possible to meet your schedule. Orders placed with free 24 or 48 Hour Processing by 12 pm ET will normally ship on the next business day. Please be sure to send art as quickly as possible after receiving your order confirmation to avoid delays in processing. Please note that rush orders received after 12pm on Friday will not be shipped until Tuesday for 24 Hour Rush or Wednesday for 48 Hour Rush (holidays excluded).

Actual delivery date will depend on where the items are being shipped as well as the method of shipping you choose. UPS Ground, the least expensive option, is typically 2-5 days for most locations. Of course, you may also upgrade to UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as well for an additional cost.
