Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

Green Monster Promotions offers a range of production and delivery options. The time required to complete an order is made up of three variable components:

  1. The time needed to finalize your order. This consists of making certain your art and text are print-ready. If you supply art and text that are ready for the product(s) you order, this process can normaly be completed within 24 hours. If the art or text is not quite print-ready, or if our specialists see a potential problem (for example item and ink color selections lack contrast), it may take longer to get to print-ready.
  2. Turnaround Time Selected. If you choose Standard Processing, your order will generally be ready to ship within 7 to 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you approve / finalize your art. Blank (unprinted) items ship the next business day after receipt of your order. We do offer 24 and 48 Rush Production on many products. In general, production schedules permitting, we can schedule an order to be produced, once approved and finalized, within 1 to 3 days.

    We make every effort to accommodate rush orders but cannot guarantee these schedules. Note, that Rush Production reduces the time needed to produce your order, however you must factor shipping time (see below) to determine when you will receive your order. If you choose Rush Production you will need to waive proof approval in order to meet the faster schedule. Please call us at 888.818.4648 if you have any questions or special requests and we will make every effort to accommodate whenever possible.

  3. Shipping Method. The least expensive, but normally slowest shipping is via standard ground shipping. The primary factor in ground shipping is the distance from the production facility where your order is customized. Normal ground shipping can range from between 1 and 5 days. We also offer overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping. Of course, these shipping methods cost more.

We normally ship via UPS. If you have a shipping account with a carrier, we often can bill directly to your account for shipping your order for a small handling fee. For very large orders, to save you money, we can ship via a common carrier trucking firm. You will need to speak with our customer service department at (888) 818-4648 to make such arrangements.

Privacy & Security

At Green Monster Promotions, we value your privacy. This page has our privacy policy. We have tried to state our privacy policy as clearly as possible. If you have any questions, you may fill out the form on the Contact Us page.

When you visit our site, we will collect anonymous information such as the time of day, the pages you visited, the type of browser you use, and the type of computer system you use. This information is aggregated for statistical purposes only. We do not connect you to this information.

We use cookies to help us serve you better. For example, cookies can store pages you have previously visited so that you can navigate back to a product quickly. Cookies also are used when you create an account with us to let us know if you are signed in to our system, and the status of your shopping cart. When you register with us, we collect certain information required for shipping purposes, for communicating with you, and for processing your payment when you place an order. We do not keep your credit card information beyond the time necessary to process your order. We do keep your shipping information and contact details in a secure database.

When you register on our site, we ask for your email address. At that time, we will ask you if you would or would not like to receive several different types of email we may, from time to time, send to our customers, including marketing messages, special offers, and newsletters. You can change your preferences at any time following when you register with Green Monster Promotions.

We do not share your information with any other companies without your explicit permission, except as required to fulfill your order. To fulfill your order, we will share portions of your information with the credit card processing company, the manufacturer, and the shipping company. If you wish to have this information deleted from our system after you have received your order, you may make that request in writing to our mailing address:

Your credit card information is transmitted via encrypted communications to an industry-leading processing company, as with any credit card purchase. Your online orders are placed using the industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer). You will see our order related pages have the image of a lock, signifying the information you send to us from that page is encrypted on your computer before going onto the Internet.

When you register with Green Monster Promotions, you create a password for your account. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account and password information. We recommend that you use a password that will not easily be guessed, and if you have any reason to think your password has been compromised, you should change it as soon as possible. If you cannot access your account, contact us to have your password reset. Your password can be reset, if you forget it, by visiting our site, and clicking on the “Forgot Password” link that is found on the “Log In” page. We will send a new password to the email address with which you registered.

Returns & Replacements

Green Monster Promos stands behind the products we produce to your specifications. Because we are customizing most products, we can only accept returns in the event that we made a mistake, or if the products we deliver are defective. We cannot accept returns once you have approved your customized order unless what we produce is not what you approved, or the products are defective, or our customizations are defective.

We take great pride in getting your orders correctly produced. In the event of a problem, contact us at (888) 818-4648 or by using our Contact Us page. You must notify us within 21 days of receipt of your order so we strongly urge you to open and check your shipment when you receive it. Do not ship products back to us without first obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service department.

If returning blank items, returns must be made within 21 days of shipment and are subject to the greater of $15 or 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping cost). You can order from Green Monster Promotions using this website, or by telephone -- (888) 818-4648. The process for ordering varies, depending on the type of order you place.

Blanks -- product without custom imprinting -- can be ordered and shipped quickly.

If you order product with text imprinted, but with no art, you simply need to provide us with the text, select the font, the ink color, and the color of the product. Normally, we will send you what is called a "paper proof" for you to verify the layout and colors.

If you order product with art, you will provide us with that art in a usable file format. We will check to make sure the art file you send to us conforms to our printing processes. If necessary, we will work with you to modify the art file, or to help you create an art file that complies with our printing processes.

Art files must be one of the following formats: Illustrator (CS5 or earlier), Photoshop (CS5 or earlier), TIFF (hi res, b/w only), PDF (vector based only, please convert fonts). If you require one or more specific PMS colors, you must specify them.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Green Monster Promotions accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you wish to pay by check, please contact us at (888) 818-4648 to make arrangements.

The total price of your order is a function of the product(s), quantity, custom imprint (including the number of colors), art modifications, shipping, and applicable taxes.

From time to time, Green Monster Promotions offers special discounts through promotion codes. If you have such a code, it will be applied to the applicable price components.

Viewing Orders

Once you have placed an order with us, you can track the status of your order by signing in to your Green Monster Promotions account.
Updating Account Information

You can update your account information by signing in on to your account. Once signed in, you will see a page called "My Dashboard" from which you will be able to change your password, your billing address, your primary shipping address, and your newsletter subscription status.
Cancelling an Order

Once you have approved your proof you may no longer cancel or change your order. In the case of blanks, you may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the date of shipment. If a custom printed order has been placed but the proof has not yet been approved, the order may be cancelled, however an 8% processing fee will be applied and deducted to your refund to cover the costs of payment transaction and order processing.
